I received this cookbook a few weeks ago and immediately poured through it, enjoying the story of coffee through the words of author Patrica McCausland-Gallo. She is from Coloumbia and you can tell how much she loves her homeland. Every recipe I have tried has been outstanding. I am a meringue freak and the Coffee Meringue Disks are wonderful. The Three-Milks Coffee Delights are incredible – a combination of two traditional Latin American recipes. Another new favorite is the Asparagus with Savory Coffee Syrup. I’m so excited to try many other recipes from this unique cookbook.
