    Great vid. Really like the bit about not over-thinking the tamp. Also never considered the “settling” bit then skimming the rest back into the coffee hamper. Great stuff. Thanks for the HD! Better lighting while the shot is pouring next time!

    no joke! the kids working at this place think they invented coffee. most are there to serve themselves NOT the customer.

    very nice… makes me wish I had a REAL espresso machine instead of the glorified steamer that I currently have… and am not using. It makes the espresso taste like metal. :(
