I ordered this machine in July and will, at best, see it six months later. Needless to say, I will never order another thing from Amazon.

Gee, it’s kinda hard to rate a product that never seems to appear. I can, though, rate Amazon’s customer service as it relates to this product. Oh, how I wish I could rate this a zero.

The product looks great on line, and the original reviews were good for such a low cost item but pushing back the delivery date again without an explanation is unexceptable. Expanding your product range beyond your feild of expertise? I’ll keep ordering DVD’s and books from Amazon, because they do that well.

What started out being a birthday present turns into a headache. The product looks great and, when I ordered it, the delay didn’t seem long. I was not even notified the first two delays and the final delay (the one that resulted in the cancellation of the order) actually had two ranges of dates that the item might ship in. Usually very satisfied with the service from Amazon but they really dropped the ball on this item.

I ordered in August and like everyone else..have been getting messages saying that this product is being delayed and delayed… I don’t want to think that Amazon is just trying to make us all frustrated and drop our order so that we will then place an order for a more expensive unit. I’m holding my ground.
It’s also curious why all of the 1 star reviews are pushed way down to the bottom of the page yet the 5 star review, written way back in June, is still on top.
I can’t do much, but I’m hitting Amazon where it might hurt… I had signed up for a trial version of a Amazon Prime account… I was giving serious thought to paying the 79$ a year for this memebership…but with this type of lousy service I just cancelled my free trial membership… So Amazon, you just lost out on 79$ of my money because you could not produce on your promises…or at least give everyone a honest response to the continuing delays. As for me… I’m going to keep my order in place hoping someday to have this unit… I have nothing to loose at this point.
